Material flow detect switches, used to produce a signal in flow or no flow situations at a critical point, the signal is then used to correct the error or warn the operator. Zero speed switch, normally used as zero speed sensor on conveyor belt applications, but may also be used as an under or over speed sensor. When installing on new applications the conveyor tail shaft must be center drilled 5/8” and tapped, must also use flexible coupling, coupling guard, stub shaft and mounting bracket. The unit has an adjustable start up delay.
Electrical ratings: supply voltage 105-135 VAC 50/60 hz. Double pole double throw contacts rated 5 amps at 120 VAC.
